Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Verify inventory against purchase orders and ensure proper labeling.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (certification preferred but not mandatory).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
