Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated zones, maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory records in real-time.
- Perform daily safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflow processes.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Certified Forklift Operator (preferred but willing to train the right candidate).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license (Class D) preferred.
