Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in compliance with OSHA standards
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting malfunctions promptly
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work zones
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Complete accurate documentation for inventory and transport logs
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 2+ years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
