Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouses
- Execute inventory rotation and FIFO compliance protocols
- Coordinate cross-docking operations for e-commerce fulfillment
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and safety audits
- Maintain accurate digital inventory counts via RF scanners
- Train new hires on warehouse safety standards
- Optimize stacking patterns for maximum space utilization
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (must provide at hire)
- 1+ years warehouse material handling experience
- OSHA 10-hour general industry certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Proficiency in RF scanning technology (Zebra, Honeywell)
- Strong spatial awareness and depth perception
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
