As a key member of our fulfillment center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately preparing orders for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before packing to ensure high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and pallets as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and operational targets.
- Sort and stage merchandise for shipping.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
