Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in 200,000+ sq ft warehouse
- Load/unload containers and trucks with precision using hydraulic equipment
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts via WMS system
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient material flow
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (required)
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/evenings as needed)
