Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory with barcode scanning systems and digital tracking tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of material movements and inventory counts
- Support warehouse optimization initiatives through continuous improvement suggestions
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) with at least 2 years of recent experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent spatial awareness
- Previous experience in tech or electronics warehouse environments preferred
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital reporting tools
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Clear background check and pre-employment drug screen required
