Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklift equipment
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Assist in organizing and maintaining clean, orderly storage areas
- Support loading/unloading of trucks and container operations
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
