Responsibilities
- Safely operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move materials within warehouse and loading docks
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train new hires on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Support year-end inventory audits with 99.5% accuracy
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient in RF scanning technology and inventory systems
- Strong commitment to workplace safety compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license preferred
