Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Accurately inventory and organize warehouse stock using WMS systems
- Load/unload trucks and pallets while maintaining product integrity
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Train new team members on safe operating procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
