Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to transport materials
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision and efficiency
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Keep warehouse organized and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
