Responsibilities
- Execute precise order fulfillment through efficient picking, packing, and scanning operations
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) including forklifts and pallet jacks with certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and participate in cycle count initiatives
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily performance metrics
- Process returns and damaged goods according to Amazon's quality standards
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid PIT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn proprietary systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical assessment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holiday periods
