Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: accurately scan, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing stock.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to established protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and warehouse policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintain Organization: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: This is an entry-level position open to candidates with zero prior experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and scanning products.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic calculations for inventory counts and shipping labels.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the Henderson facility.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
