Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage and retrieval operations
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Support cross-functional team members during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or GED required
