Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock rotation in refrigerated environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload refrigerated trucks
- Monitor temperature levels and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols in cold storage areas
- Collaborate with team to optimize storage space and operational efficiency
- Conduct routine equipment checks and preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in temperatures 32°F - 45°F for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
