Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and perform routine safety checks before and after shifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current Forklift Operator Certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and equipment handling.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory and completing reports.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
