Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments and organize warehouse inventory
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for workflow optimization
- Support receiving and shipping processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to safety detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation to South SF facility
- Pre-employment drug screening required
