Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure all products are stored according to strict temperature controls and safety regulations.
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of storage areas to prevent contamination.
- Assist in organizing and labeling pallets for easy retrieval.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in cold environments (below freezing temperatures).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold chain is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
