Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Accurately load/unload trailers using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain organized inventory storage and FIFO rotation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE requirements
- Support warehouse cleanup and safety compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-approved forklift certification (must provide proof)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid Indiana driver's license preferred
