Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Maintain accurate warehouse records using our digital inventory management system
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment daily
- Collaborate with remote logistics team for scheduling and inventory updates
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha-approved)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting systems
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
