Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead, train, and motivate 15+ warehouse associates to achieve performance targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols and safety standards
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize costs and maximize accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and generate operational reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in KPI tracking
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
