Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport goods between warehouse, storage, and shipping areas
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Accurately record inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets

Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
