Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) for efficient loading/unloading of trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Train new operators on safe handling procedures
- Assist in warehouse layout planning for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (required)
- 3+ years of industrial forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- High school diploma or equivalent
- WMS software familiarity preferred
