Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Safely load/untract trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records via RF scanning systems
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards 100% of time
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- RF scanning system proficiency preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid driver's license required
