Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Accurately load/unload shipments and organize inventory using RF scanning systems
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support inventory control through cycle counts and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license required
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse logistics or material handling
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
