Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Load/unload freight trucks with accuracy using pallet jacks and hydraulic equipment
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and maintain equipment logs
- Support inventory control cycle counts and warehouse organization initiatives
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Operate in temperature-controlled and outdoor dock areas as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience in fast-paced environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as required
