Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute raw materials and finished products using industrial equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery safely and accurately
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems and cycle counting
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to management
- Adhere to all safety protocols including OSHA standards and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling environment
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
