Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport raw materials and finished goods
- Load/unload trucks using proper stacking and securing techniques
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management system
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Assist in warehouse organization and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (must provide proof)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
