Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory counts and update records using our digital systems
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Support remote administrative tasks including digital reporting
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting tasks
- Reliable transportation to Baton Rouge facility
- Flexible availability including occasional weekends
