Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse and dock environments
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation via WMS systems
- Conduct daily pre/post-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in warehouse logistics
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
