Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment, including Reach Trucks and Pallet Jacks, to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Organize and stack products in designated storage areas to maximize space efficiency and inventory accessibility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (CPCS/OSHA) is required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
