Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Perform quality checks and accurate documentation of all materials
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Support inventory control through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Preferable: Experience with WMS systems
