Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Order Picker) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload shipments from trailers, racks, and trucks according to safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical integrity.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and update logs in the warehouse management system.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred or willing to get certified).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting (1 year minimum).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Valid Class C Driver's License.
