Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of warehouse activities
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized warehouse spaces
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
