Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock within the warehouse.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No previous experience required; we provide training for the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to follow safety protocols and instructions precisely.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic counting and inventory tracking.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact with team leads and management.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard background check.
