Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products efficiently using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and minor maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic and attendance record.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counting.
