Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move pallets and merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo security and proper handling procedures.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance checks on all equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock organization.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B forklift operator license (required).
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be comfortable working in varying temperature conditions.
