Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers accurately.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized and follows FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse team to meet shipping deadlines.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator license (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
