Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance) to move materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo integrity and proper handling.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and personal safety gear.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to maximize warehouse flow.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety consciousness.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte facility.
- Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.
