Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from shelves and storage areas based on customer orders.
- Operate handheld scanners and computer terminals to verify items and ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations, OSHA standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for scanning and verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
