Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation of material movements
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to maintain operational flow
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA or equivalent) with recent operating experience
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic math skills for inventory and documentation tasks
- Reliable transportation to industrial area (North Las Vegas)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
