Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, documenting pre/post-operation checks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with team to optimize inventory management and workflow
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate records of materials and inventory movements
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for daily shifts
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
