Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move pallets and materials safely
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in refrigerated/ambient warehouses
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift experience in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexibility to work early morning/night shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
