The Role
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that inventory is handled with precision and care.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets and heavy materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
- Organize and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to prevent accidents.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fresno facility.
