Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling before loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
