Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts to move materials efficiently within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks in a timely and safe manner.
- Utilize RF scanners to manage inventory and stock locations accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Perform routine safety checks on forklift equipment before operation.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production targets and shipping schedules are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we offer training!).
