Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using proper safety protocols and equipment.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Report any mechanical issues with equipment to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
