Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Sit-down, Stand-up, or Reach) to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of all machinery and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and verifying pallet locations.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet tight deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
