Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to move materials, pallets, and products within warehouse facilities
- Load/unload trucks and containers efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company inventory procedures
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and dock areas
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading operations
- Complete daily paperwork and digital inventory logs accurately
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or willingness to obtain free certification)
- Minimum 6 months recent forklift operation experience in warehouse/distribution settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
