Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, locate, and stack materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning and documentation in WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible night schedules
- Preferred experience with RF scanning systems
